“Giving thanks unto the Father, who hath delivered me from the power of darkness and translated me into the kingdom of His dear Son.” Colossians 1:13
The truth in this verse of Scripture is FOUNDATIONAL to living an overcoming Christian life.
“Giving thanks unto the Father Who HATH DELIVERED ME from the power of darkness and translated me into the kingdom of His dear Son.”
This Truth states that you ‘HAVE BEEN DELIVERED” from the authority of Satan and are no longer a citizen of his kingdom of darkness. His influence on you now, you must treat as a TRESPASSER.
We can hear Truth and it can seem to be ‘too wonderful’ or we compare it to where our life is in human experience and say: “with my life like it is that can’t possibly be true”!
Receive with meekness this Truth. Engraft it into your soul. As you do, you will find the reality of it being ‘put on’ your life in actual every day living.
